Grove Isle Penthouse Sold

 ![]() Several months back I staged a luxe GroveIsle penthouse with 'to die for' water views. It was divine to begin with but dark furnishings and finishes absorbed a lot of life out of this terrific space.
I popped punches of orange and other colors throughout the space and it photographed really well. For those of you who know my staging philosphy - it's all about of the pictures on the internet. If your property doesn't pop off the screen, it won't make it to a prospect's short list.
Luckily this property did and closed last week!
